We have temporarily suspended the booking of routine appointments, to allow us to concentrate on providing urgent care.
To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and reduce pressure on your local GP practice during this busy time, appointments will be carried out mainly over the phone unless there is a clinical need for you to come into the practice, which will be decided by a Clinician. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.

Named Accountable GP for all Patients
As Detailed in our new contract with the Department of Health, we are required to allocate a named accountable GP to all patients. Actually, this has always been the case as when you register with us, you are allocated a "registered GP" who will normally be one of the GP Partners at the Practice. When a Patient registers with us, their registered GP will either be Dr Palmer or Dr Gardner.
Your named GP is responsible for your overall care at the Practice.
If you wish to know which GP Partner is your named accountable GP, you are welcome to ask. If you have a preference as to which GP partner it is, then if you inform us, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such a request. Your named accountable GP will take lead responsibility
for your care.
