They mainly work with those with a
serious long term or complex range of conditions.

Adam Lovelock, Practice Manager,
Adam joined the practice in 2023, following the retirement of Nigel Atkin.
Adam’s background is from the
Private Sector, working in IT Banking & Finance.
HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS
Jean Pearson
is our Health Care Assistant'
at the Practice, carrying out many
useful tasks to assist and support
the clinical team. Jean is fully trained
in taking bloods;
wound care, conducting ECG's,
Spirometry, INR's and general
Health Checks. Jean is also a
member of our Reception Team.
SENIOR NURSE PRACTITIONER
Julia Adams, Julia’s nursing career
Started at the Chesterfield Royal,
Before moving into Practice Nursing
In 1999. Julia has worked at Barlborough
Medical Practice since 2001, and is
A Nurse Practitioner as well as our
Nursing Team Leader.
One of Julia’s specialist areas is Diabetes care.

Rebecca Hill
Rebecca is our practice Secretary, looking after our Admin and patient referrals.
